The rule

Strong 8K subscriptions are a digital service that activates instantly after payment, so they are not refundable after activation.

What we do instead

• We help you install it on your device step by step until it works — start with the guides or contact us.
• If a channel or playback has a problem, we check it and follow up with you.

If you paid and did not receive activation

Contact us from the email you paid with, with your proof of payment, and we will review it and activate your subscription.

Before you buy

Check that your device is supported on the Apps page. For example, the Fire TV Stick 4K Select does not allow installing apps from outside the store. If you are unsure, ask us before you pay.
