This page explains what we collect at strong8k.site, why, and who processes it.

What we collect

• When you order or create an account: your name, email address, mobile or WhatsApp number, and password (stored as a one-way hash we cannot read).
• When you activate a player such as Hot Player: the MAC address you send us, to attach the subscription to your device.
• When you contact us: the content of your WhatsApp or email messages, so we can help and follow up.
• When you browse: a session cookie for sign-in and your language choice, and aggregated usage statistics through Google Analytics.

Payments

You enter card details directly on the payment provider’s page, or pay with PayPal. Card numbers never pass through our site and we do not store them; we only receive the payment confirmation.

Why we use it

• To activate your subscription and email your login details and confirmation.
• For technical support and renewal reminders.
• To protect accounts and prevent misuse.
• To understand and improve the site in aggregate.

Who processes it with us

Payment providers, our email delivery service, WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us there, and Google Analytics. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by contacting us from your registered email.
